The Manuel Antonio coastline is a wonderful place for diving, with its crystal blue waters and abundant sea life. Most spots are only 10 minutes from departure to suit up time. can There are many spots to choose from, depending on your level of experience. The experienced diver can schedule a night dives if climate conditions are favorable. While the less experienced diver can enjoy a dive in shallow waters and still get to see different species of fish. The average temperature of the water ranges between 70º degrees to 80º degrees all year round. The Manuel Antonio coastline has a variety of diving spots ranging from 10 feet to over 90 feet in depth. You will be able to see volcanic reefs, rock formations and underwater canyons. The marine life in the area includes Angel fish, Trumpet fish, Barracuda, White tip sharks, Stingray, Moray Eels, Octopus and many more. There are half a day to full day trips available. If you are a first time diver, then you must take a diving course before you embark on this exciting adventure (just 2 afternoons with a short classroom session and pool review).
