Yadira and her husband have been selling ceviche right on the beach for some time now. It is delicious, fresh, and inexpensive; it is the perfect dish after a long day of being in the ocean. You can usually find her walking along the beach with her cooler. Yadira offers by far the best Peruvian ceviche in Manuel Antonio Beach.
